Finding the depot
The depot address is 195 Mace St, Chula Vista, CA 91911. This will route you to Otay Metal Mart.
When you arrive at the property, you will see two gates. Use the second gate (to the right of the customer entrance). Entry requires a key — if you do not have a key, contact your supervisor before arriving.
Parking and site rules
There are six Level 2 (L2) chargers installed under a metal canopy on the north side of the property. After entering through the second gate:
Drive to the back of the building.
Turn left.
Turn left again — the chargers will be on the left-hand side under the canopy.
Park your personal vehicle in the same spaces as the vans. Do not block the entrance or other charging stalls.
Charging instructions
Returning your van (plugging in)
Ensure your van is off.
Open the charging port and remove the dust cover.
Plug in the charging connector.
Charging should start automatically — confirm the charging indicator light is active.
Lock the van and leave it to charge.
Collecting your van (unplugging)
Ensure the van is unlocked.
Remove the charging connector from the van's port.
Install the dust cover on the charge port.
Holster the charging connector back on the station.
