The Knowledge Base Articles for Drivers can be accessed from within the Inspiration Mobility Driver App.
To access the articles and information, first log into the Inspiration Mobility Driver App. Once logged in you will see the “Need Help?” section on the main page. Click “Need Help” to access the Support page and menu. You can also access the Support by clicking on "Support" on the bottom navigation bar.
From the Support main page, you can access our Chat feature by clicking on "Ask a question" or "Messages". You'll then be able to ask the AI-powered agent (EVie) questions you need assistance with, and receive responses sourced from Knowledge Base Articles. Anytime you need to connect with a Live agent, you may type that into your chat.
You can directly access help articles by clicking on "Help" from the main support page & menu.
