The Knowledge Base Articles for Fleet Managers can be accessed from within the Inspiration Mobility Fleet Manager Portal. To access the articles, please log into the Inspiration Mobility Fleet Manager Portal.
Once logged in you will see the “Chat” box on the bottom left-hand side of the screen. Click “Chat” and a new window will appear on the right hand side of the screen.
Navigate to the new window on the right hand side and click the help button on the bottom menu to access collections of knowledge base articles.
You can also utilize the chat bot feature by clicking the messages tab on the bottom menu. Please ask the bot questions you need assistance with and the bot will populate detailed information sourced from Knowledge Base Articles. You can also access your previous chats with the bot.
If there is any information you need that is not listed in the knowledge base articles, please reach out to your customer success manager for further assistance.
