The Vehicle Selector is a tool within the driver mobile app that allows you to review vehicle options made available by your fleet administrator and submit your preference. Your fleet manager determines which vehicles are available for you to choose from — the selector is your way of communicating your choice back to your fleet manager so they can begin the vehicle ordering process.
Step 1: Log In to the Driver App
Open the driver mobile app and sign in with your registered email address and password. You can access the app at https://mobile.inspirationmobility.app/
Step 2: Click on the Selector Banner
Upon login, if your fleet administrator has activated a vehicle selector for you, you will see the light blue banner at the top of your screen pictured below:
Tap the 'select a vehicle' prompt on the banner to be taken directly to the vehicle selection screen where your available vehicles to choose from are listed.
Step 3: Review Your Vehicle Options
Once you tap the selector banner, you will be presented with a list of vehicle options your fleet manager has made available for you to choose from. Tap the blue tab with the vehicle make/model to see the full configuration, including default
Step 4: Select Your Vehicle Preferences
After clicking into a specific vehicle make/model, you will be given a list of preferences to choose from to determine the specific features of your vehicle. These are pre-selected options chosen by your fleet manager. Additional paid options will appear in red and display an associated cost, which drivers will be responsible for paying out of pocket if selected. You can only select from the vehicle preferences displayed in the vehicle selector and cannot submit custom preferences unless previously approved by your fleet manager.
Step 5: Submit Your Order
Once you have selected your vehicle and your custom preferences, review your selections and then tap confirm selections. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been submitted. Inspiration will provide email updates to provide status updates on your vehicle order and let you know when it will be ready to pick up at your local dealership.
