Inspiration Driver App

The Inspiration Driver App is your central hub for accessing all fleet services, finding maintenance shops, requesting roadside assistance, submitting mileage, and contacting support. It's a web app — no download required.

Getting started

When you join your company's fleet program, you'll receive an invitation email from [email protected]. From your mobile phone, follow the link and create your password.

If you didn't receive the invitation or it has expired, contact your fleet manager — they can resend it.

Your login name is the work email address your fleet manager enrolled you with.

Saving the app to your home screen

The Inspiration app is not in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To add it to your phone's home screen for easy access:

iPhone (Safari):

  1. Open Safari and go to mobile.inspirationmobility.app.

  2. Tap the Share button in the menu bar.

  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.

  4. Tap Add in the upper right to confirm.

Android (Chrome):

  1. Open Chrome and go to mobile.inspirationmobility.app.

  2. Tap the Menu icon (three dots, upper right).

  3. Tap Add to Home Screen.

  4. Confirm the name and tap Add.

Saving the bookmark does not install any software on your device — it's simply a shortcut to the website.

What you can do in the app

  • Maintenance: Find in-network shops, access your digital maintenance card, request glass repair, request roadside assistance.

  • Mileage: Submit your monthly personal/business mileage split for home charging reimbursement.

  • Support: Open a chat with the Inspiration team, access the help center, or request a call.

  • Profile: View your vehicle info, VIN, and home address on file.

Can't log in?

Never set up your account: Search your inbox for the invitation from [email protected] and follow the setup link. If you can't find it, ask your fleet manager to resend it.

Forgot your password: Go to mobile.inspirationmobility.app and tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen.

Don't remember your email: Contact your fleet manager.

Have the right info but still can't log in: Try clearing your browser cache, closing and reopening your browser, or restarting your device. If the issue persists, contact Inspiration support at [email protected] or call the number in your fleet's service passport.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use a laptop or tablet instead of a phone?

Yes — the app works in any browser at mobile.inspirationmobility.app. The interface is optimized for mobile, so it may look stretched on a larger screen, but all features are accessible.

I got a new phone. Will my information transfer?

Yes. Simply log in at mobile.inspirationmobility.app on your new device using the same email and password. Re-save the shortcut to your new home screen using the instructions above.

I accidentally deleted the shortcut from my home screen. What do I do?

Just re-save it — go to mobile.inspirationmobility.app and follow the home screen save instructions above. Your account and data are not affected.

I keep getting logged out. How do I fix it?

The app occasionally requires re-authentication to protect your account. To save time in the future, allow your phone's browser to save your password when prompted. You can also save the app to your home screen which keeps your session more persistent.

I don't want to install a work app on my personal phone. Do I have to?

No — the Inspiration app is not a native app and nothing is "installed." Accessing mobile.inspirationmobility.app is like visiting any website. Saving the shortcut to your home screen stores no data on your device.
